Court Bonds

CNA Surety's approach to court bonds will save you time and money.

Court bonds are required in some action of law and generally are divided into two classes - plaintiff and defendant.

To apply for a Court Bond, submit a completed and signed Form 10 Application (including Section 5 on the reverse side) along with personal financial statements and your recommendation. On bonds over $10,000, we may require copies of the supporting court papers.

*Please note: All bond applications must be submitted through an independent insurance agent appointed with one of the CNA Surety Companies. To locate an agent near you, check your local yellow pages or search the Independent Insurance Agents of America web site at http://www.iiaa.org/.
